This is just a short note to say thank you for the dinner you produced here on Saturday.
Without exception all present expressed their delight with the meal. It lived up
to the description given, was well cooked and beautifully presented. The service, too, was excellent.
It is always a bit of a gamble when one doesn't know a chef's work; what sounds good
on paper may not turn out that way!
In this case everything went as well as we had hoped and we would not hesitate to
ask you again if the occasion arises and would also recommend you to others.
The added bonus was to find a clear and clean kitchen afterwards. Very many
